Pasaeli Papaskarasi 2016

Medium to light ruby red color. On the nose, its earthy and peppery character becomes lively with intense red cherry flavors. On the palate tannins and acidity are in balance with herbal notes and sweet spices, providing a long finish. Best served very slightly chilled.

The grapes are handpicked, destemmed and crushed. The wine is made with native yeast only. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tank with skin contact of 20 days with pumping overs and punch downs. 10% of the wine is barrel aged for 6 months in French oak barrels, rest is aged in stainless steel tanks.
