The grapes were handpicked, partially destemmed and crushed, and partially fermented as whole bunch. The wine was made with native yeast only. The wine was barrel-aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, and 3 months in the bottle.

Light vibrant ruby-red color. The nose is delightful with aromas of raspberries, black tea, thyme, and wild herbs, with a touch of sweet spices. It is very juicy in the mouth, with fresh red berries, balanced acidity and pleasant tannins create a very gentle mouthfeel. Best served very slightly chilled.
