SYS is a blend of Sultaniye, Yapıncak, and Sıdalan. Each variety is hand-picked, pressed as whole clusters, and fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at 18°C. Once blended, the wine is aged for three months on its fine lees and stirred once a week to add complexity.
Light gold with hints of green. The nose is dominated by tropical fruits, citrus and milk cream with some linden notes. Its medium acidity follows to a remarkable finish.
