The grapes were handpicked, destemmed and crushed. The wine was made with native yeast only. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tank with skin contact of 2 weeks with pumping overs and punch downs. The wine was partially barrel-aged for 6 months to have a touch of oak for complexity but not overwhelm the fruit. The grapes are handpicked, destemmed and crushed.

Medium to light ruby-red colour. On the nose, its earthy and peppery character becomes lively with intense red cherry flavours. On the palate tannins and acidity are in balance with herbal notes and sweet spices, providing a long finish. Best served very slightly chilled.
