Source of Grapes
Our Öküzgözü vineyard is located in the Elmalı district of Antalya in the Mediterranean Region, at an altitude of 1030m. Cabernet Franc vineyard is in the Kaynaklar village of Buca, south of Izmir. It is located at an altitude of 235m. The vines are cultivated in a cordon system and sustainable viticulture practices are
maintained in both vineyards.
Winemaking
The grapes were handpicked, destemmed and crushed. Fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, then matured in French oak barrels for 6 months and further aged in bottles.
Tasting Notes                                                                                                                                  Ruby color with purple highlights. Vivid fruits on the nose like raspberry, sweet red cherry, black pepper and mint are prominent.

The palate is characterized by its fresh fruitness, rounded tannins, and medium body. Its velvety texture provides a joyful finish.
