Beylerbeyi Kalecik Karasi is produced in small quantities, only 96.000 liters from 2021 harvest of Kalecik Karasi grapes. We are proud of Kalecik Karasi grape which is indigenous to our country and the quality we value.
Agricultural ethyl alcohol and sugar are not used in the manufacture of Beylerbeyi Kalecik Karasi which is distilled three times with finely picked anise seeds to preserve its aroma as much as possible.
