Triple Distilled; alcohol obtained from 100% Aegean Region grapes which have been distilled three times. In each distillation; the best part of the distilled alcohol, which is called “Göbek” in Turkish –meaning belly-, is kept and redistilled for the perfect purity and smoothness of alcohol.
During the distillation of suma with aniseed, the first and the last part of distilled product is discarded; only remaining superior quality batch obtained from the middle part is kept.
No extra alcohol or sugar added.
